Born and raised in Delmar, a Bethlehem Central High School graduate (Class Rank: 1), and a high honors graduate of Yale University where he fulfilled the degree requirements of a combined bachelor's and master's degree in Economics in four years, Jared is a stock and options trader, wealth manager and management consultant specializing in saving business clients significant amounts of money by providing innovative and unique financial services on a pay-for-performance basis. These services include the creation and implementation of business income tax reduction plans, the design and sale of qualified benefit plans, advice on asset management techniques and workout advice. He is the author of the book, Stop Being a Shnook and Protect Yourself! A Guide to Managing Your Creditor and Debtor Relationships. He is also the author of six proprietary software programs and has delivered seven seminar programs on various business income tax, law and banking topics. He has had articles published in Accounting Today, Bankers Monthly, The Journal of Compensation and Benefits, Taxation for Accountants, The Tax Adviser and Club Modele, with one article later profiled as the cover article for Four Bits, a newsletter published under the direction of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. More relevant as a county legislator candidate, he is a trained mediator and labor arbitrator, an Eagle Scout, a recipient of Boy Scouting's Leadership Medal, awarded to only one out of every 100 senior patrol leaders, and was judged to be one of the top three of 32 coaches at the Jay Abraham Ultimate Live Marketing Research Laboratory.
